General Overview:

PowerPoint is Microsoft’s powerful and easy-to-use presentation program. PowerPoint incorporates features and connectivity options in order to make collaboration and production as easy as possible.  The advantage of using PowerPoint is that you can combine text, graphics and animation to convey ideas to an audience with dramatic impact.

PowerPoint Level II provides intermediate to advanced instruction with a focus on customization and working with other Microsoft Office applications.  Level II also introduces the user to charting with Microsoft Excel.  Users will also enhance their presentations with graphics, animation, visual effects, transitions, interactivity and organizational charts.

Target Student:

This course is for individuals who are have a basic understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint who have created presentations and want to gain confidence with the customized features in PowerPoint. For students who want to learn how to create their own design templates and to also modify presentations using slide masters and advanced animations and transitions.

Effective Presentation and design skills will be offered throughout this course.
